Fashion icon Megan Thee Stallion has done it again. The rapper attended the 2023 CMT Awards in Austin, Texas in a stunning white and blue look that dominated the red carpet.
Styled by celebrity-favorite fashion guru Law Roach, Megan wore a custom gown from Italian brand Defaïence. Wanting to create a throwback look for Meg’s latest appearance, Defaïence’s designer Nicola Bacchilega worked closely with her stylist and team to come up with the stunning dress. “We were so excited to create this custom look with Law and his team,” Bacchilega said in a press release. “The dress was inspired by the 90s silhouette, and the focus is on the cut-out showing the hips, and the oversized 3D belt, which is a signature piece for the brand.”

The royal blue dress was complemented by chunky white accessories that made a serious statement in coordination with the gown’s matching belt: Defaïence’s White Majolica Bracelet and White Faïence Creole Earrings, both of which are molded by processing clay and then created through a 3D printing technique. Megan’s nails were also color-coordinated, with the outsides painted white and the insides painted blue.
