Eli Bronfman’s Soho neighbors upset over alleged ‘wild parties’

Eli Bronfman, Seagrams’ heir, isn’t welcomed by his Soho neighbours with fresh baked apple pie.

Instead, they are calling Page Six about the alleged “wild parties” he has been throwing to break into his $35 million condo.

It’s almost as if he has a nightclub in his apartment each night! Page Six received word from a neighbor that he is mad.

A second source says that people are crowding the cobblestone street to enter the pad. The witnesses also took photos of the incident.

He’s a 35-year-old boy throwing parties with all of the money in the world. The children added that they were juvenile.

The source claims that there’s an elevator operator who “shuttles people upward and downward.”

The Wall Street Journal reports that Bronfman purchased the Greene Street condo for more than $35 million and moved in the following month. The Wall Street Journal reports that Edgar Bronfman Sr. bought the condo through an “off-market” transaction.

Even though he didn’t respond by the deadline set, another source familiar with the matter said that he downplayed it and denied that the club he was operating is the case.

Bronfman claims that he has only had “two events” in his time since moving in.

It is false. An insider claims that he hosted a housewarming and had an earlier party with his friends.

He claimed that he hadn’t heard back from anybody and that his neighbours haven’t contacted him.

Tyler Winklevoss and Cameron Winklevoss are trying to get $16.95million for their triplex penthouse.

Bronfman should include whoever catches it on his next guestlist.
